Acceptance
By accessing NUSAKTI ONE, the company and its authorized representatives accept these Terms and any supplemental terms applicable to specific services.
Eligibility
The platform is available to legally incorporated enterprises that have completed corporate verification and KYC/KYB onboarding.
Services
NUSAKTI ONE provides business exchange, procurement, project, commerce and payment orchestration services. Specific scope is defined in each engagement document.
Fees
Fees are detailed in commercial proposals, agreements and platform subscriptions. Taxes apply per Indonesian and applicable cross-border tax law.
Liability
Liability is limited to direct damages capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months for the relevant service. No party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are submitted to the jurisdiction of Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta.
