Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing framework operated by PT Paramananda Perisai Nusantara.

Framework

NUSAKTI ONE operates an AML/CFT program aligned with FATF Recommendations, Bank Indonesia regulations and the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) guidance.

Customer Due Diligence

Risk-based CDD on all counterparties, including beneficial ownership disclosure, sanctions screening and PEP screening.

Ongoing Monitoring

Transaction monitoring with rule-based and behavioral controls, periodic reviews and enhanced due diligence for higher-risk counterparties.

Reporting

Suspicious transactions are reported to PPATK in accordance with statutory timelines. Internal escalation is governed by the Compliance Committee.

Training & Governance

Annual AML training for all employees; oversight by the Chief Compliance Officer and independent audit.
