Data Controller
PT Paramananda Perisai Nusantara is the data controller of personal data processed on NUSAKTI ONE, with its registered office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Data We Collect
Corporate identifiers, contact information, authorized representative details, KYC and KYB documentation, transactional data and usage telemetry necessary to operate the platform.
Purpose of Processing
To verify counterparties, execute commercial engagements, issue invoices, process payments, comply with AML/CFT obligations, and provide enterprise support.
Legal Basis
Consent of authorized representatives, performance of contract, legitimate operational interest, and compliance with Indonesian Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection and applicable cross-border regulations.
Data Retention
Personal and transactional records are retained for a minimum of 10 years to satisfy fiscal, AML and audit obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.
Data Subject Rights
Verified individuals may request access, correction, restriction, portability or erasure subject to overriding legal obligations. Requests: privacy@nusakti.one.
Security
Data is protected by access controls, encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, network segmentation and continuous monitoring.
